Come join us! â Your mission will be...As an Employee Support Services Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for employees interacting with internal service platforms and processes. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting internal shopping cart and procurement request processes, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service delivery.Acting as a primary point of contact between employees and the central services (SX) organization for headquarters-related topics.Maintaining and updating process documentation and user guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency.Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient workflow operations.Monitoring and managing service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and helping implement best practices across support operations.Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes for external employees, including identity and access management coordination.We are looking for...A Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.2+ years of experience in employee support roles or service desk environments.Strong working knowledge of SAP systems and identity management tools.Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes and handling confidential information with discretion.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.A strong customer service orientation, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.High attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to work.Previous experience with internal procurement or catalog-based item management platforms is a plus.What you can expect from us⌠A hybrid and flexible working model to promote a better work-life balance, along with a budget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work.
