Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Advises employees and management on the interpretation of personnel policies, programsand procedures of the company’s Employee Resource Guide.
Counsel managers and employees consistent with company policies/practices, legalconsiderations, etc. and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues.
Lead employee relations investigations on employee issues.Review and assists managers with the content of annual performance evaluations.Monitor documents used to evaluate, correct and enhance job performance and otherworkplace behaviors, assuring overall fairness and consistency, and meeting business
requirements.
Provide coaching and consulting to managers in order to enhance their people andperformance management skills.
Support and facilitate organizational change by seeking and developing ways for the teamsto be most effective.
Assist with training and regulatory audits as needed.Experience preferably in handling high volume Employee Relations workload within prescribed time framesPHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferredKnowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
2+ years experience in Employee RelationsBachelor Degree requiredHonesty, integrity, and strong knowledge of HR principles and employee relation skills.Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customers concerns orobjectionsStrong business technical writing skills and excellent communication/people skillsAbility to investigate and bring closure to complex HR issuesExcellent interpersonal and relationship management skillsHighly skilled in creating credible business partnerships within the organization withmanagers and employeesTrack record of successfully managing high volume HR processes.Coaching and counseling on all levels of the organizationMust have an analytical mind that provides creative solutions to day-to-day problems, andan ability to relate to employees at all levels of the organizationAbility to multi-task within a deadline-oriented environmentAbility to embrace change, and suggest creative innovative solutions as it relates to thebusiness needsPrior experience in working with a case management system preferred.Machine, Tools and/or Equipment Skills:
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience with Workday and Service now preferred

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $53,800.00 - $134,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
