Role Profile Visit & deals with labor & social insurance officials regarding any legal issues or requirements in a timely manner.• Maintains good relationship with labor & social insurance offices• Keeps Vodafone’s side clear from any labor related legal obligations or accountabilities.
• Ensures that all social insurance forms are signed and delivered to social insurance offices on time.
• Handles and follows-up on social insurance issues related to Vodafone employees.
• Provides assistance and guidance to all Vodafone staff facing any personal issues with the social insurance authority.
• Issues monthly Payments i.e. social insurance, health insurance & labor office emergency fund checks.
• Responds to Vodafone employees' requests such as national ID forms approvals , job title modifications and annual leave entitlements.
• Handles any alimonies or court inquiries concerning Vodafone employees.
• Handles unpaid vacations procedures and ensures that all required documents are signed and submitted to the social insurance office on time.
• Holds meetings with labor, social insurance & ministry of defense inspectors and ensures all visit arrangements are executed properly.
• Provides qualitative Employee Relations services to Vodafone employees at all levels by responding to Vodafone employees' requests and providing assistance and guidance. Strong customer focus and employee experience perspective, as well as external best practice and best practice understanding.• Strict adherence to the requirements of confidentiality, discretion, and integrity.• Good Analytics, problem solving and decision-making skills combined with influencing and negotiation skills.• Minimum 3 years’ experience & social insurance experience will be a plus.Not a perfect fit?
