Investigate and resolve salaried employee issues and concernsCounsel employees regarding job related mattersCounsel on the fair application of policies and practicesRecommend all salaried disciplines for customer baseProvide subject matter expertise to Human Resources Business Operations (HRBO) and management on matters regarding declining performance Participate on special local or global project teamsOther opportunities will include developing an Organizational Development (OD) skill set by participating in strategic, customer focused initiatives, using OD methodology, in response to concerns identified in the workplace.
