Qualification & Experience Requirements:

University Degree/ Diploma in related field OR 2 years of experience in a similar position Certificate of Health and Safety (Πιστοποιητικ? Λειτουργο? Ασφ?λειας και Υγε?ας - TUV) will be considered as an advantage Fluent in written and spoken English and Greek Computer literate Good communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in an international and high-pressure environment Good time management and prioritisation skills

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations

Promote and monitor Employee Engagement Handle Employee complaints and grievances Promote positive culture in the workplace Advise leadership on best practices for maintaining positive employee relations

 

H&S

Prepare the Written Risk Assessment Implement the Risk Management System Participate in the activities of the Safety Committee Conduct inspections in the workplace for risk identification Organize training programs and train staff Inspect premises and work activities Investigate incidents Prepare Health and Safety reports Identify hazards Ensure compliance with legislation Promote a culture of health and safety in the workplace
