Employee Lifecycle Specialist
The Employee Lifecycle Specialist plays a key role in delivering high-quality HR administrative services across the entire employee journey. Supporting one entity, you will ensure accurate employee data management in SAP and related systems, handle HR documentation, and provide excellent service to internal stakeholders. This role is essential for driving standardization, compliance, and a positive employee experience across the HR function.
Position:
Maintain organizational management data and employee lifecycle events in SAP HR and local systems, in line with corporate guidelines. Process employee changes and manage non-standard requests. Prepare and update contractual agreements and HR letters based on established templates. Handle employee data updates (e.g., bank details, personal information), and create new standards for recurring requests. Perform data quality checks and manage document filing. Generate standard and ad-hoc reports as required. Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and improve HR processes.
Requirements:
University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s). 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational organization, ideally with hands-on SAP HR experience. Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken). Strong teamwork, proactivity, and intercultural awareness. High attention to detail, flexibility, and openness to learning. Knowledge of HR processes, HR data maintenance systems, and SAP; ServiceNow experience is an advantage.
