POSITION SUMMARY

The Employee Health Nurse will be responsible for establishing protocols and current standards of care to meet the wide variety of healthcare needs of Adelante Healthcare’s employee population.

The Employee Health Nurse will follow the Joint Commission (TJC), Arizona Department of Health and Services (ADHS), Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA), Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), and other regulatory agency requirements regarding employee health practices. Additionally, the RN will identify health hazards and risks in the workplace, assess health statuses, and promote good overall health.
