We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Employee Flex Benefits Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of duties to support the Senior Management Team with the servicing and management of the Employee Flex Benefits insurance portfolio at Mercer Marsh Benefits Division. We will count on you to:
Consult, design, execute and implement clients’ Flexible Benefits strategy and programs based on their specific needs.Help clients monitor their employee flexible benefit programs by providing aggregated reporting with a view to ensuring a level of governance and consistency with their objectives while offering optimal cost-effective solutionsExecute clients’ ongoing Flexible Benefits strategy, as well as execute Flexible Benefits financing strategy, through pooling, captives, global insurance programs etc. as determined by the client.Ensure client satisfaction with underlying ongoing services, which will include ensuring local services are delivered in accordance with mandates.Interface directly with senior-level client managers as the main global point of contact for client deliverables and communications required under an appointment.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree.Relevant insurance work experience (+4 years) and knowledge in the field of health or Benefits preferable in Insurance companies or Brokers.Strong domain knowledge and experience in benefits management preferred.Business English proficiency.Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service and maintain positive relationships with client contacts.Strong project management skills.Ability to develop relationships with various business areas.Strong interpersonal skills.Should be an exceptional leader, have good customer relations skills, and be goal-driven.What makes you stand out?
