Job Description:

The Employee Experience Manager helps us build a connected and inspiring workplace. This person’s work will ensure every RaceTrac, Inc. team member feels seen, heard, and valued, and will play a critical role in shaping an employee experience that reflects our values and culture across all corners of the organization. This person will develop people-focused programs and lead engagement efforts for our Store Support Center, Store, Distribution Center, Maintenance, and Driver employee populations.

Responsibilities:

Culture & Experience StrategyPartner with People & Culture leadership to shape and evolve our employee experience strategy, with a focus on efficacy across all employee groups, ensuring alignment with our Employee Value Proposition.Ensure our culture programs are inclusive, scalable, and relevant to the distinct needs of each employee population.Engagement & CommunicationDevelop and manage programs that build connection and morale, including employee recognition programs, employee events, and listening sessions.Design creative ways to communicate with employees across multiple formats.Onboarding & Milestone MomentsHelp create consistent and welcoming onboarding experiences.Build moments that matter – from anniversaries to retirements – ensuring every milestone is celebrated in a meaningful way.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with HR Business Partners, Operations, Retail Leadership, and other groups to ensure programs resonate with end users.Support change management and culture alignment during organizational initiatives and transformations.Manage Employee Experience vendors and hold them accountable to helping us deliver excellent employee programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, human resources, marketing, or business, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in employee engagement, culture, HR, internal communications, or related fieldsA track record of designing and executing people-focused programs that drive engagement and retentionExcellent communication skills and an ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders and employee audiencesEffective negotiator with the ability to influence others and manage complexity and ambiguityLearning agility and proven analytical decision-making experienceCreative thinker with strong project management skills
