EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Create and/or actively participate in strategies that build employee ownership and engagement.Ensure the inclusion of strategies to consider employee and management voices.Coordinate and ensure coverage of Family Center services on the shifts and floors under your responsibility.Budget ManagementManage, supervise, and optimize the capacity of the services offered to employees and family members, both within and outside of BRP, as well as seek innovation in these services.Organization and execution of recognition and sense of belonging eventsStandardization of services and processes at the campus levelEnsure the employee experience and promote our values in all services and eventsSupport internal initiatives and plant strategies, community support, etc.Generation and monitoring of KPIs under their responsibilitySupervision and development of the team under their responsibilityParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesComply with safety regulations determined by their roleComply on time with planned training related to Quality and TrainingIdentify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
