Employee Engagement & Benefits Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Employee Engagement & Benefits Leader to join our Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will report to the HR VP and be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing programs that enhance employee satisfaction, promote a positive work environment, and support the overall well-being of our workforce.

What you’ll do

Lead the Employee Engagement strategy and execution: You will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive employee engagement programs, including managing surveys, overseeing recognition initiatives, and organizing large-scale cultural events to build a vibrant workplace. This role will directly impact improvements in employee retention and engagement survey scores.

Manage Employee Benefits Programs: You will oversee the full administration and optimization of all employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance, managing key vendor relationships, and acting as a subject matter expert for employee inquiries.

Drive Budget Management and Financial Oversight: This includes developing, managing, and monitoring the budget for all employee engagement and benefits programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness, tracking expenditures, and overseeing the end-to-end purchasing process from requisitions to invoice management.

Lead and Guide Supporting Resources: You will provide direct leadership, mentorship, and guidance to supporting team members, overseeing their daily tasks, fostering their development, and ensuring the efficient execution of program elements and deliverables.

Lead Strategic HR Data Analysis and Reporting: You will be responsible for leading the collection, in-depth analysis, and compelling presentation of HR data related to engagement metrics and benefits utilization to inform strategic HR and business decisions, while championing a holistic culture of well-being across the organization.

What experience you need 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field or demonstrated experience in leading or managing HR programs/initiatives, specifically in employee engagement and/or benefits administration, for a minimum of 5+ years

English B2 level proficiency or above

Experience with specific engagement platforms, survey tools, or benefits administration software (e.g., Workday, Qualtrics).

Strong written and verbal communication

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Certifications in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) or Benefits (e.g., CEBS).

Experience in a large, multinational, or fast-paced corporate environment with a global scope.

Proven project management capabilities for large-scale HR initiatives.

Advanced analytical skills, including HR analytics and statistical analysis.

Experience with specific engagement platforms, survey tools, or benefits administration software.

A track record of innovative and creative solutions in fostering employee connection and recognition.
