As **Employee Engagement and Change Communication Lead France** within our Corporate Communication and Public Affairs team, in a new chapter for the company, fostering creativity, you will be the ambassador of communication towards all our employees in France, with varied job profiles, with the objective of ensuring and increasing employee engagement.

**Main responsibilities:**
**Strategic Communication Planning**
+ Design and implement a 360° communications strategy to identify and support key People and Culture initiatives and priorities, including culture, employer Brand, diversity & inclusion.
+ Collaborate with the People and Culture team Global and France to understand the scope, objectives, and impact of P&C initiatives, and translate these into effective communication plans.
+ Adapt and develop the People and Culture France Communication Programs within the two French Industrial Sites.
+ Support M&S France communication with strong link to Global M&S Communication and the local industrial sites communication roles.
+ Collaborate with the Opella CSR teams to support CSR Global and local (Industrial Sites and Brand Teams) initiatives.
+ Establish communications plan timelines, milestones, and deliverables to track progress and ensure timely completion.
+ Create KPIs, Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
**Content Development and Message Delivery**
+ In charge of coordinating the Content Lab for France Communication Team
+ Develop, write, and edit various types of content, including email announcements, newsletters, intranet posts, presentations, FAQs, and more, ensuring high-quality, clear, and engaging communication.
+ Ensure all communications are aligned with the company’s tone, culture, and brand.
+ Coordinate the Intranet content for France & internet french website
+ Coordinate the Internal Network
**Stakeholder Alignment And Engagement**
+ Engage and partner with key stakeholders across France (including Headquarter and Industrial Sites), ensuring consistent and tailored messaging for diverse audiences.
+ Act as a liaison between Industrial Sites, headquarter to foster alignment and cohesive messaging.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to France Senior leadership on best practices for effective, clear communication
+ Support to People & Culture communication and the Employee Brand
**Measurement & Optimization**
+ Monitor and analyze the impact of communication efforts using engagement metrics, employee feedback, and other data points.
+ Continuously refine communication strategies based on data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and employee engagement.
**About you**
+ At least 7 years’ experience
+ Bac +4/5 in communication, journalism, public relations, or a related field
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
+ Great capacity to build an editorial line
+ Strategic thinking, ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans
+ Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously
+ Familiarity with communication tools and platforms
+ Creativity and innovative approach to communication strategies
+ Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
+ Ability to unite communities
+ Good listening skills
+ Agility and autonomy
+ Perfect French, English fluent
