If so, lets talk. **Your role and responsibilities** Your Role and Responsibilities : • Give clear explanation of HR policy to employees and counselling managers on a wide range of subjects • Make decisions and apply commercial judgement in dealing with HR policy issues e.g. parental leave, flexible working etc. • Appropriately guide employees and line management through the HR Intranet • Record details of incoming calls and emails in a timely and accurate manner, tracking through to closure/client resolution • Escalate queries requiring ongoing case support to the Help HR Counsellor Advice Team • Ensure own comprehensive knowledge of the HR Intranet and share best practice with colleagues • Coach colleagues in other UK TSS teams in area of expertise Contribute to UK TSS and wider HR team by identifying trends or repeated queries or issues arising from HR policy or procedure • Provide support to other UK TSS teams as and when required • Build and maintain recognized levels of ‘excellent’ customer service • Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act at all times • Contribute to UK TSS and wider HR projects and initiatives • Commit to own personal development and completion of appropriate learning and development activities to ensure capability and skills are current • Take responsibility for keeping abreast of HR policy and process developments **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Professional and Technical Expertise : • If college graduate, fresh graduates AND experienced professionals are accepted • If college undergraduate, 1-2yrs of relevant work experience • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in English • HR work experience of at least 1-2 years especially in a BPO or similar fast-paced setting • Good English Communication(verbal & non-verbal)Skills • Basic computer and internet navigation skills • Amenable to working in shifting/night schedule • Intermediate in MS Excel **Preferred technical and professional experience** Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise : • ERP working experience • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines • Highly organized, analytical, results-oriented and has keen on details IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
