We're always on the lookout for energetic, creative people to join our team. **Your New Role…** Are you an HR professional with a strong background in HR systems and administration? Do you have proven experience managing employee lifecycle processes in Workday and resolving employee queries through a ticketing system such as ServiceNow? If so, you could be the ideal candidate for our Employee Connection Specialist role at Warner Bros. Discovery in London. As part of our Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture (P&C) Operations team, you will be a key HR administrator supporting employees across the UK and wider EMEA region. This role is focused on delivering accurate, timely, and compliant HR support while ensuring employees receive a seamless experience when interacting with HR. **Your Role Accountabilities…** + Address employee and manager queries via ServiceNow on pay, absence, benefits, and policy. + Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including onboarding, job changes, and exits. + Prepare employment contracts, benefit documents, and employment verifications. + Guide users on self-service tools and work closely with EMEA P&C teams. + Review, audit, and correct HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance (e.g., SOX, data privacy). + Contribute to payroll accuracy and large-scale data changes (e.g., mergers, acquisitions). + Maintain employee records. + Assist with team training, documentation, and workload balancing. + Take part in process improvements and EC-related projects. **Qualifications & Experience…** + **HR Systems Expertise:** Strong hands-on experience with Workday for managing employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, job changes, exits) and maintaining accurate HR data. + **Case Management Tools:** Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar HR ticketing systems to handle high-volume employee and manager queries efficiently. + **HR Administration:** Solid background in HR operations/administration, ideally within a global shared services or matrix environment, with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately. + **Process & Organisation:** Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows, prioritise effectively, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. + **Compliance & Accuracy:** Experience reviewing, auditing, and correcting HR data to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR/data privacy). + **Communication & Service:** Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to explain policies and processes clearly to employees and managers. + **Languages:** Fluency in another European language is advantageous, but not essential. Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
