Employee Communications Coordinator
Maximus
• Source, create, and edit content across a variety of communications channels.• Assist the team in planning and delivering projects, campaigns, and events. • Monitor the team email inbox and provide a frontline customer service as necessary.• Build and distribute regular newsletters and emails on time and to the right audience.• Support the team with admin and operational tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential •Organised, flexible and able to effectively plan and prioritise tasks.•Confident creating and editing content, including written copy.•Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Desirable •Bachelor’s degree in a communications discipline such as journalism, communications, marketing.•Previous experience of working in a communications role.

Travel Requirements This role is fully remote. However, travel is required at least once per quarter to attend team away days/events
