We are looking for an amazing Specialist, Employee Communications and Content to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. This position is responsible for working with internal partners to create, distribute, produce, and support clear and compelling content for shipboard and shoreside employee communications for Princess. This candidate will develop attention-catching, visually effective, multi-media deliverables, including (but not limited to) employee newsletters, intranet pages, posters, PowerPoint presentations, printed materials, social media posts, videos, and other content. This position must ensure that the company’s brand identity, culture, priorities, reputation, values, and voice are aligned and represented in all campaigns, communications, and content. The ideal candidate will have excellent multi-media content production skills, experience in corporate communications, and a track record of producing successful campaigns.

Responsibilities
Support the content development pipeline and projects while ensuring the company’s branding, culture, purpose, and priorities are aligned and represented in communication and design deliverables. Primary focus will be on creating visual-first content to communicate through design and/or video using a template-based approach. Ensure communications are coordinated for distribution and scheduled appropriately across departments, corporate communications, and with other brands. Own tactical delivery and/or posting of communications to shipboard, shoreside, and leader audiences using a combination of channels and deployment packages. Day-to-day support of communications channels and tools that deliver communications, receive feedback, and support projects. This includes digital signage, distribution lists, editorial calendars, employee intranet, shared mailbox, and video programming. Includes light intranet design and layout support, ensuring content is visually engaging, accessible, and aligned with UX best practices. Work with intranet libraries, management systems, and versioning workflows to archive, display, manage, organize, and structure digital and media assets. Maintain accuracy of published content in accordance with company governance, retention, and storage policies and ensure employee access to content with high user experience. Provide any needed support for employee engagement activities and events, including in-office events, brand town halls, department meetings, and other major company moments. May include event branding, signage, presentation support, and coordination of multimedia assets.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher learning program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of corporate internal communications and/or public relations experience. Strong project management skills. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication abilities. Proficiency in using communication platforms, design software, and related tools. Experience thriving in a complex and global organization. Highly proficient in content management and planning, generative AI, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft 365, and similar content, design, and production tools. Ability to adapt content for diverse, multilingual, and globally distributed audiences, ensuring clarity and cultural sensitivity. A confident and proficient communicator and writer. Strong skills in crafting all forms of communications content including spoken, written, video, event, social, and web. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset; able to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in HR, IT, and Operations for other brands. Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics. Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve project objectives. Experience supporting intranet content design, layout, and publishing using modern CMS platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Interact, Staffbase, etc.). Ability to translate communication goals into intuitive, visually engaging intranet experiences. Experience supporting internal events, including creative asset development, logistics coordination, and post-event content capture (e.g., video, photos, recaps). Ability to communicate actions and activities that maximize organization performance and reputation. Knowledge of and ability to use the optimal channels, techniques, and tools to communicate information and engage employees. Proven track record of measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of communication efforts. This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday)What You Can Expect
