Your ‘day to day’
1. Provide C&B services for employees and managers with comprehensive and reliable information from different C&B areas, and handle all incoming queries (phone calls, emails).
2. Perform all C&B transactional and operational tasks at the affiliate level.
3. Follow up on end-to-end ticket resolution, from receiving the request to providing the final answer to the customer and receiving feedback.
4. Provide C&B solutions to employees' and managers' requests for information, assistance, or service based on respective HR content.
5. Perform HR transaction processes in compliance with company policy and procedures (SOX, internal control, etc.) through audit report monitoring and follow-ups.
