What You'll Do
The Senior Employee Benefits Trainer – IMA University is responsible for the development and execution of training programs for IMA Employee Benefits associates. They will be the primary subject matter expert regarding employee benefits content within IMA University. They will work closely with the IMA University Leadership Team to develop new employee benefits training content and deliver training for employee benefits associates. They will be the primary liaison between the Employee Benefits business leaders and IMA University Leadership.
This role is also responsible for assisting in the development of IMA Benefits’ Salesforce workflow for the duration of the Salesforce Project. They will be responsible for creating training material and courses for employee benefits associates as they move into the Salesforce system. They will continue to maintain and update Salesforce training materials for employee benefits after the conclusion of the project.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to:
Support and demonstrate IMA’s core values and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion Design, develop, and implement training programs for Employee Benefits associates. Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Employee Benefits content within IMA University. Deliver engaging and effective training sessions tailored to various learning styles and experience levels. Collaborate with IMA University Leadership to identify training needs and create new content accordingly. Act as the main liaison between Employee Benefits business leaders and IMA University Leadership to ensure alignment of training with business goals. Assist in the development and refinement of Salesforce workflows specific to Employee Benefits operations for the duration of the Salesforce Migration project. Create and maintain training materials and courses to support the transition to Salesforce. Provide ongoing updates and enhancements to Salesforce training content post-implementation. Monitor training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements. Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure training content remains relevant and accurate.You Should Have
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: include but are not limited to:
5+ years of Employee Benefits Insurance experience Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred Excellent strategic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multitask projects and work in a fast-paced environment Good organizational and planning skills Experience with MS Office products (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel) Experience with Salesforce and Employee Benefits insurance servicing workflows preferred
