Employee Benefits Analyst

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Analyst. As a member of both the Service Team and Financial Consulting team, this role offers a unique dual opportunity with exposure to both areas. The position involves managing multiple deadlines and workflows in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while ensuring strong communication internally and externally.

Job Duties

Account Management Duties:

Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of our clients, vendor partners and account management team

Maintain electronic filing required data in Benefit Point (agency management system) and in internal shared drive (L drive)

Assist and peer review client communication materials (benefit guides, Brainshark presentations, PowerPoint).  In some cases, print materials.

Assist with compliance duties, such as requesting/coordinating wrap documents, schedules for 5500s and annual notices

Attend carrier training meetings and webinars

Provide general administrative support to the service team and maintain positive relationships internally and externally
 

Financial Consulting Duties:

Gather and prepare client information to be sent to carriers for market analysis

Utilize marketing software to enter benefits and data for inclusion in RFPs, organize carrier and vendor bids and follow up on submissions.

Work in conjunction with the Service Team and Financial Consulting team for more complex lines of coverage

Help gather other data as needed for the team, such as prebuilt dashboards and carrier specific data

And other duties, as requested
 

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience within employee benefits, human resources, or a related field

High school diploma required, college degree preferred

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

High attention to detail essential

Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within three months of employment)

The compensation range for this non-exempt position is $52,500 to $55,000 annually depending on experience. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days per week in office. The posting end date is August 26, 2025. This may change depending on the volume of applicants.
