Overview As an Account Executive for Enterprise Accounts in the Healthcare Vertical with Gallagher Genefit Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering tailored benefits and organizational wellbeing solutions to large healthcare organizations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding the unique challenges of the healthcare industry, and providing innovative strategies to meet their needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, exceptional financial acumen, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service. How you'll make an impact Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders in enterprise healthcare organizations. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business goals, challenges, and risk management needs. Strategy/ Solution Delivery: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to put together and present on tailored reporting and analysis. Oversee the implementation of and ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions with the support of our client management and data and analytics teams. Industry Expertise: Stay informed about trends, regulations, and emerging risks in the healthcare industry. Provide thought leadership and insights to clients, positioning Gallagher as a leader in the healthcare vertical. Work closely with Gallagher’s regional and national teams to leverage resources and expertise. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required. Preferred: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Risk Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or consulting, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry. Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex accounts. Skills: Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, operational challenges, and risk exposures. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze complex client needs and develop innovative solutions. Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities. . Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
