From conducting flight safety investigations and educating pilots on potential safety threats to implementing medical programs and helping prevent employee injuries, our team is instrumental in running a safe and successful airline for our customers and employees.
Job overview and responsibilities
The Employee Assistance Program Regional Manager is a key driver of United’s next-generation EAP strategy—delivering high-touch, business-facing support while partnering with Lyra Health for clinical care delivery. This role aligns directly with United’s operational and regulatory needs, particularly for FAA-regulated and safety-sensitive workgroups.The Regional Manager serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, HR Business Partners, and union peer groups—providing consultation, case management, and behavioral health expertise. They manage complex and sensitive cases, lead critical incident responses, and serve as part of United’s 24/7 EAP coverage, including rotating virtual on-call responsibilities.This role preserves the personal, relationship-based EAP model United leaders value, while driving operational support, compliance oversight, and crisis management.
The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $129,924.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
