Our strength in healthcare innovation empowers us to build a world where complex diseases are prevented, treated, and cured, where treatments are smarter and less invasive, and solutions are personal. Through our expertise in Innovative Medicine and MedTech, we are uniquely positioned to innovate across the full spectrum of healthcare solutions today to deliver the breakthroughs of tomorrow, and profoundly impact health for humanity. Learn more at https://www.jnj.com **Job Function:** Human Resources **Job Sub** **Function:** Employee & Labor Relations **Job Category:** Professional **All Job Posting Locations:** São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil **Job Description:** **We are searching for the best talent for ERLR Sr Supervisor to be at Sao Jose dos Campos** **Purpose:** Responsible for work across multiple areas of employee and labor relations including implementing measures to increase employee morale, motivation and satisfaction (e.g., employee engagement surveys, work lifestyle programs, on-boarding programs, diversity and inclusion programs and training, etc.), managing employee relations issues (e.g., investigating employee and/or supervisor complaints regarding conduct, performance, or attendance, mediation between employees, monitoring diversity/equal employment opportunity program compliance, etc.), labor/union agreement negotiation and administration (e.g., representing the organization in negotiations, interpreting and administering union/labor collective bargaining agreements, monitoring compliance and participating in arbitration, etc.) and diversity/equal employment opportunity programs, training, and compliance. **Duties and Responsibilities** + Develops solutions for the Employee and Labor Relations group by analyzing trends and key metrics. + Drives initiatives with consideration for talent representation as well as targeted development programs. + Conducts objective investigations of complex employee relations issues. + Prepares effective communications and responses to agencies and audits. + Participates in key policy reviews and recommends actions to help clarify and simplify procedures. + Contributes to a positive work environment that balances employee rights and responsibilities. + Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​ + Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. **What We Are Looking For** Required Qualifications •  Minimum of 8 years of experience in employee relations and labor relations, preferably in a multinational environment. •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred. •  Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving complex HR issues. •  Strong knowledge of labor laws and practices in Brazil. •  Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •  Excellent relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills. Desired Qualifications •  Proven track record of effectively managing labor relations issues and implementing successful solutions. •  Experience in industrial labor relations and managing complex negotiations in a matrix environment. •  Strong communication skills in English and Spanish. •  Ability to influence without authority and maintain high levels of trust and confidentiality
