CACI is seeking an EMOC Service Desk Analyst. This candidate will provide monitoring services overseeing the enterprise infrastructure for any irregularities or system events that may impact the success of our customer’s mission. They will facilitate and manage critical incident response, coordinating government, contract and third-party stakeholder engagement to effectively mitigate the impact to operations.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Enterprise monitoring expertise for the Operations Center and the Technical Operations team
• Act as the communications focal point and liaison for remotes site reporting and tracking of IT issues
• Monitor enterprise tools for availability and performance latency to proactively identify network and server issues before they happen
• Act as the liaison between government and contract stakeholders, coordinating incident response
• Provide coordination of Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs)
• Provide coordination with Enterprise Operations teams on Various IT issues, open tickets, and track resolution
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass a DHS background investigation
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• General understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO’s, and NTFS permissions
• General understanding of network topologies, both transport and IP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work shift work

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
