Description:Job Summary:
The Emergency Preparedness Associate Manager will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive emergency preparedness plans, including business continuity plans, emergency response plans, and crisis management plans. This role will require strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain emergency preparedness plans, including business continuity plans, emergency response plans, and crisis management plans
Conduct and oversee risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and hazards, and develop risk mitigation strategies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement training programs, exercises, and drills to ensure employee preparedness and response
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including emergency management agencies, first responders, and other stakeholders
Coordinate and participate in emergency response efforts, including incident command, crisis management, and business continuity operations
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of emergency preparedness plans and programs, making recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulations, and standards related to emergency preparedness and management
Develop and maintain emergency preparedness documentation, including plans, procedures, and reports
Ensure compliance with memorandums of agreement with Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth and the Texas Intrastate Fire Mutual Aid System (TIFMAS)
Ensure Emergency Services meet or exceed all requirements or standards contractually mandated by U.S. and international customers
Position may require working outside of normal business hours, responses to emergencies and remote work to address business needs.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Experience in Homeland Security, Emergency Management or Emergency Services
Desired Skills:
International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM) Certification
Master's degree from an accredited university
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
