Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Outreach & Partnership Coordinator

Billings Clinic-Logan Health EMS is seeking a passionate and driven Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Outreach & Partnership Coordinator to support our system-level air and ground ambulance services. This role is designed for someone who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities for service expansion, and serving as a trusted representative of Montana’s leading healthcare system. You’ll be on the front lines of engagement — working directly with hospitals, clinics, and emergency services providers across the region to ensure they know how and when to utilize our EMS programs and specialty care services. 🩺📞 . Through proactive outreach, educational visits, and ongoing communication, you will help strengthen partnerships, improve coordination of care, and ultimately expand the reach of our services to those who need them most. Work Location & Travel Expectations: + This is a remote position based anywhere in Montana . + Travel is expected to be more than 50% , with regular in-person visits to rural and regional partners across the state and into Northern Wyoming. + You will represent both Logan Health and Billings Clinic , promoting EMS capabilities and serving as a key point of contact for referring facilities and agencies. What You’ll Do: + Identify opportunities to increase awareness and utilization of EMS air and ground services. + Cultivate and maintain relationships with top referring agencies and high-opportunity communities. + Represent EMS programs and system specialty services (trauma, stroke, pediatrics, etc.) through on-site visits and ongoing communication. + Collaborate with internal leaders and EMS managers to share data, coordinate outreach efforts, and align messaging. + Educate partners on EMS tools and resources, including transport apps, landing zone training, and contact pathways. + Track outreach activity, engagement metrics, and regional trends to support growth and engagement strategies. + Represent the EMS program at health fairs, community events, and internal organizational functions. What You Bring: + Required: + Associate or bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field – or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. + Strong communication and relationship-building skills. + Preferred: + EMS experience (air or ground) or familiarity with acute care hospital services. + Prior experience in outreach, community engagement, or service development. + Knowledge of rural healthcare dynamics in Montana and surrounding regions. + Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and adapt to dynamic priorities. Shift: Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
