ERTs will complete basic arrhythmia class for ERTs with a minimum score of 80%25%20on the written test within two attempts. In addition, they must satisfactorily complete the competency testing for IV and urinary catheter placement. **Required:** + Possess high school diploma or equivalent. + Possess BCLS certification. + Possess licensure as Emergency MedicalTechnician/Paramedic. + Possess minimum of six months EmergencyDepartment or Emergency Medical Technician experience.
