EMEA Workforce Management Analyst

We are looking for an EMEA Workforce Management Analyst to join our new function and expanding team which is expected to take on further work in the coming years. The WFM Analyst will be responsible for the effective and efficient administration of different Time and Attendance systems across our corporate European countries. Additionally, the role will require great attention to detail with the ability to recommend and drive change to processes and ways of working. 

As Workforce Management Analyst your role will be:

Perform system configuration, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the supported platformsCollaborate with key internal partners (HR/Payroll/Operations) and external vendorsProvide support to managers on how to complete their duties in line with the T&A or HR policyProvide employee and manager support for all queriesPartner with key stakeholders on system integrations, projects and incident managementCreate functional and technical design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation as necessaryPerform troubleshooting activities related to the maintenance of the system and integration componentsResponsible for developing ad-hoc queries and standard reports as neededResponsible to deliver pre-scheduled (pre-defined) reports and analysesPerform monthly data reconciliationComplete monthly pay export process and deliver to the payroll team in line with cut offsDaily management of employee data transfer between Workday and supported systems to ensure system data accuracyManage system administration related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of supported systems

Excellent communication skills, both written and oralAnalytical skills – interpretation and analysis of complex dataIntellectual curiosity to understand and develop business processes and systemsAny HRIS or similar system experienceExperience with workforce management and related systems such as UKG, ADP, Workday software/services would be an advantageProficient in MS Office applications such as Outlook and ExcelCollege / University degreeFluent level of English language – both written and spokenAdditional language skills are an advantage but not essentialPrevious project coordination would also be an advantage
