Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Responsibility over regional transfer pricing governance, documentation and maintenance (in partnership with the Accounting, Controlling and IT teams)Regional and cross-regional transfer pricing controversy management and audit support (in partnership with the entity finance leaders and the regional tax managers)Proactive transfer pricing risk identification and managementOwnership over TP documentation processes, whereby focusing on efficiency and automation, and improving overall qualityMaintenance and improvement of the governance models and corresponding documentation for strategic entitiesTracking of all significant intragroup transactions and the related documentation in the areas of product, service and financial transfer pricingAssistance in various international tax projects and research on specific technical tax issues.Management of the external transfer pricing advisors

What are we looking for:

Accounting, economics or law degreeIdeally 5-7 years tax experience focused on international transfer pricing; in-house / industry experience is a plusStrong Microsoft office skills (Excel) and interest to develop broader technology skillsknowledge of financial/tax modelingIn-depth knowledge of the OECD transfer pricing principles, and their application in major jurisdictions (e.g. the US, UK, Belgium, Germany)Strong business orientation and proven track record as an effective business partnerExcellent leadership (with emphasis on informal leadership), communication and project management skillsOriented towards collaborative problem solving & decision makingAnalytical approach coupled with a strong attention to detail and impact analysisAbility to work effectively in a diverse organizationResults driven strategic thinker able to agree priorities, develop operational plans and deliver resultsAbility to work within a cross-functional team and delegate, mentor and guide the finance function in the area of transfer pricing processes.Self-motivated and organized with the ability to deliver results independently yet in team alignment in a high growth, fast-paced, multi-facility environment.Willingness to operate on a flexible schedule and travel occasionally.
