Are you a results-driven professional with  passion for supporting sales operations and enhancing customer satisfaction?  If so, we want YOU to join our Sales Support Team!

As a Senior Sales Ops Specialist, you’ll engage with Sales teams, Lenovo Business Partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. You’ll tackle challenges head-on, take ownership of tasks, and work collaboratively to deliver prompt, high-quality solutions and optimize sales processes


Key Responsibilities:

Partner with assigned Sales Representatives to manage quote renewals, ensuring smooth approvals and accurate pricing.Manage contracts and catalogs - from creation to maintenance.Collaborate with key departments (Pricing, CF, COR, Product Team) to streamline operations.Support sales productivity with administrative and ad-hoc tasksOwn escalation management, prioritizing requests to keep things running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record.Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset Good analytical & problem-solving skills Fluent English & French language spoken and writtenAdvanced Microsoft Office proficiencyExperience with Sales processes and back-office administration

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1800 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
