EMEA Sales Account Manager
**Job Title: EMEA Sales Account Manager (Remote)** **Company: Tektronix** Tektronix is seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and flexible EMEA Sales Account Manager to join our European Service Organization. This role primarily focuses on managing and growing accounts with a high proportion of Tektronix and Keithley (OEM) test equipment. Key responsibilities include: + **Prospecting:** Identify and engage with potential accounts that have a significant percentage of OEM assets. + **Account Management:** Oversee and nurture relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. + **Sales Strategy:** Develop and implement sales strategies, partnering with Tek instruments sales, to maximize revenue and grow market share, leveraging the ability to support non-OEM calibrations for strategic customers. **Job Responsibilities:** + Ensure high-level customer support is delivered, focusing on customer priority issues and maintaining consistent customer communication. + Work with the wider EMEA Tektronix Sales team to develop strategies for managing and communicating with customers across all regions. + Interact with executives and other senior-level managers. + Grow business from an existing customer base while also prospecting for new opportunities. + Participate in funnel/forecast reviews as required. + Sell new, large multi-year service agreements and contracts. + Design and perform compelling conversations for executive-level roles. + Meet and exceed Service Sales targets driven on a monthly plan and against business goals. + Maintain regular customer communication and ensure any service contract renewals are coming in as planned. + Generate Service Sales opportunities from scratch. + Foster good working relationships with direct and indirect sales teams. **Job Requirements:** + Commercial/Administration background and/or previous experience in Customer Service Administration, Inside Sales Administration, Service Sales, or a Sales position within an Electronics/Electrical company (3-5 years’ experience). + Knowledge and expertise in overall sales operation processes. + Organisational skills to lead and manage complex new business pursuit projects. + Ability to effectively communicate with associates and colleagues. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Self-motivated, driven, and flexible. + Fluency in English, written and verbal.
