EMEA Product Manager AVEIR
**About the ROLE** As Product Marketing Manager for AVEIR™ in EMEA, you will help shape both the strategic direction and hands-on execution of marketing and business initiatives to drive growth of the AVEIR™ leadless pacemaker franchise. You’ll lead downstream marketing efforts, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure strong commercial alignment. This includes planning and executing product launches, advancing therapy development, and supporting regional business goals. _This role is based in HQ: Zaventem, Belgium_ **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Own the AVEIR™ portfolio across EMEA and lead cross-functional coordination to drive market growth and therapy penetration + Analyze market trends and barriers to adoption to define clear, actionable strategies, and lead implementation. + Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with sales, education, digital, clinical, medical affairs and market access teams. + Partner with EMEA leadership, country management and global marketing to align on business plans and launch strategies. + Lead product launches across the region, ensuring readiness and impact. + Support local teams in adapting and executing plans, ensuring alignment with regional goals. + Develop Scorecard, Define KPIs and Track performance metrics + Forecast demand; manage supply & mitigate risks proactively. + Engage with key opinion leaders to support therapy adoption and gather insights. + Support major congresses and events to strengthen brand presence. + Ensure profitable growth through portfolio management and financial analysis. + Travel up to 30% across EMEA to support execution and engagement. **KEY REQUIREMENTS** + +3 years Marketing experience or +5 years if Field or Sales experience. Business acumen and experience preferred. + Experience within medical devices. **Previous experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management** or Cardiology is preferred + Record in delivering results in sales and/or marketing role. + Analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills + Ability to translate scientific concepts into commercial strategies + Project Management and execution skills + Portfolio Management skills & Product Launch experience + Strong influence management skills + Excellent communication skills + Fluency in English (any additional language is an asset) Apply Today.
