EMEA Finance Process Improvement & Data Automation Analyst

Summary of Position:

We are looking for an EMEA Finance Process Improvement & Data Automation Analyst who shares our passion for finance, data, and process innovation! In this role, you'll help us transform how we manage and deliver financial information. Together, we’ll lead impactful change—automating processes and improving reporting. You will spend ca. 50% of time leading improvement and automation projects, 10% supporting month-end close tasks, and 40% focused on capital management activities. A core responsibility of this role involves changing manual processes into robust solutions using Power BI and other automation tools. You will play a significant role in building dashboards and reports that deliver insights, reduce time spent on manual tasks, and support strategic financial initiatives!

Your Responsibilities:

Lead improvement initiatives that help us simplify and streamline our finance processesDesign and deliver impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI and other toolsPartner with cross-functional teams to standardize and automate data flowsLead capital reporting processes, taking ownership of tracking and analysis, ensuring timely and accurate outputsSupport our month-end close activities with reconciliations and ad hoc analysis, helping ensure we close the books smoothly and accurately every timeChampion in data management and reporting automationTrack project progress and manage deliverables across multiple initiatives
 

Your Qualifications:

3-5+ years of business financeProven experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and ExcelStrong project management skills; experience in leading or contributing to transformation projectsExceptional analytical and data aggregation skills, with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives effectively.Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.Ideally bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance/Economics
