EMEA Finance Claims Analyst
Location: Cork, Ireland
Hybrid working arrangement: min 2 days a week on site in Cork
The Team and Role:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team. This role is key in supporting revenue-related processes, deductions, audits, and cross-functional business partnerships. The successful candidate will be an analytical thinker with a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.

In this role you will:
Validate marketing and pricing claims and deductions support in accordance with established program policies and procedures.
Research and support revenue-related deduction disputes and post audits from customers.
Partner with cross-functional teams including external customers, Regional Sales and Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Assist in account analysis, reconciliation, and reporting at month-end.
Support internal and external financial audits and reviews.
Prepare ad hoc analyses and participate in special projects as needed.
Review customer contracts and procedures for revenue deduction programs to ensure compliance.
Identify improvement opportunities in claims processing and support process changes.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Understanding of accrual accounting and strong analytical skills for researching claims.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Oracle is a plus.
Education:
Recently completed degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
Internship experience or a graduate placement within a finance, accounting, or related function.
Experience (including part-time, contract, or project-based) within a finance team, shared service center, or accounting support role.
Exposure to financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is advantageous.
Demonstrated interest in financial operations, audit support, or revenue processes through academic projects, extracurriculars, or work experience.
