Main Responsibilities 

Work within the central framework to devise cyclic menus for all Microsoft EMEA sites, taking into account the different demographic mix, price elasticity and supplier availability. Analyse & interpret local and regional trends to facilitate planning and menu development.Work within the senior team to manage, analyse and develop each site’s food P&L account, maximizing revenue, controlling costs and balancing this with delivering exceptional food and customer service.     Understand the Sodexo retail ranging policy and ensure each site has a complimentary range of retail items for sale, at the Sodexo managed RRP where applicable. With the central food team and using existing resources skills and other SME’s on the account, devise a culinary training pathway to lead new recruits through our ways of working, enhance their skills and develop a team that delivers outstanding food and exemplary customer service.  Monitor all customer VOC relating to food, both positive and negative and work with each site food lead to develop an action plan to remedy issues, or make sure we are recognizing team members who have delivered exceptional customer service. Act as our account SME across EMEA for Drive at all sites, managing menus, pricing, reporting and the day to day operation, training requirements and compliance. Ensure any feedback from our site operations teams is communicated to the central team for resolution in a timely fashion Ensure all sites are using the Lean Path food waste monitoring system in the correct way, recording daily waste figures and an accurate monthly trend report can be produced. Organise training or support where required. 

 The Ideal Candidate 

Exemplary culinary skillsMinimum 2 years experiences as a Head Chef or Group Head Chef in a major blue chip or FMCG organisation.Strong financial awareness and the ability to control costs and budgetsUnderstanding of current food safety and hygiene practicesRetail experienceCommunication SkillsIT SkillsCustomer service and communication skillsAbility to lead, develop and motivate a teamExperience of working in a client / contractor environment
