Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support ABB’s businesses, collaborate with different leaders and teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by your leader. You will also aspire to achieve your career goals by participating in professional development.

You will be mainly accountable for:

 • Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers

 • Market mapping and building a partner network within the assigned sales area.

 • Active sales of service portfolio, standard functional packages, and projects from the ABB Service division.

 • Collaboration with the entire team to deliver the best possible and tailored offers for customers in the assigned area.

• Regular reporting of work and active tracking of progress.



About the program

In our EMEA ELSE Discovery Trainee Program, you will develop a skills necessary to kickstart a career in Service division in ABB. As a trainee you will be a part of community, and you will participate in activities with other trainees like taking parts in trainings to enhance soft & technical skills, meeting project deadlines, and engaging in diverse social and team-building activities to expand your network within ABB. Throughout the program you will also receive support from Program Lead.

Marketing & Sales Manager

Qualifications for the role:

University graduates with no more than 2 years working experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and PolishA growth mindset focused on continual learning and improvementExperience with sales activities on Polish marketAbility to work in an international environment.Ability to concisely report on your work, present key conclusions, and define action plans.Highly developed communication skills, experience in conducting presentations (sales presentations/conferences).
