We’re looking for a professional to become a key function in the EMEA channel Tools and Processes team.
As a part of the greater EMEA channel team you will contribute to the continuous evolution and enhancements needed to keep our pricing tool Lenovo Bid Platform relevant and ahead of the competition’s tool offering.
But it’s not all about Lenovo Bid Platform, you will also act as a second line support for complex cases and maintaining the admin part of the tool which controls the country specific settings.
Supporting the 4P’s and assisting to troubleshoot pricing issues that may occur and making sure newly onboarded partners can enjoy the usage of Lenovo Bid Platform are also part of the more functional side of the role.
From a more operational support you will assist in developing dashboards and the occasional ad-hoc report on usage of the tools. You’re making sure policy changes are supported in the tools and assist during audits as well as educating internal and external users on the tools is part of your daily activity.
You are a key contributor in feeding the WW DT/IT and LXG teams. From small change requests to larger new functions and enhancements of the tools, all to increase the ease of doing business with Lenovo. Regular sessions with the internal and external stakeholders to gather their feedback and input is key in this process.
This position reports to Senior Manager, EMEA Channel Programs and Strategy.
The position is hybrid, working 3 days per week in the office.
