We’re seeking someone to join our team as a EMEA Benefits Manager. Within the EMEA Benefits and Pensions Team, this role is primarily tasked with the successful management of benefits and projects including, vendor management, benefits benchmarking, employee engagement and stakeholder manager and strategic client support. The role’s primary focus will be on the Benefits Programme in Budapest but will also be required to support strategy for other EMEA locations.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. The EMEA Benefits Team is responsible for the management, monitoring and development of the Benefit and Pension Programmes in the UK, as well as Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The team operates across all business lines and is assisted by an outsourced service centre, responsible for the strategy and administration of the Benefits and Pensions Programme. The team continues to focus on meeting its key objectives of increased appreciation of the value of employee benefits, continual development of benefits to be competitive, as well as governance and control of risk and cost.

What you'll do in the role:
Set strategy and manage EMEA Benefits specifically the Budapest Benefits programme.
Complete regular benchmarking, reporting, design reviews and renewals.
Partner with key stakeholder groups to improve the employee value proposition and engagement in employee benefits.
Manage a range of benefit vendors; activities will include regular meetings/reviews, monitoring service levels, service improvements, change control and risk management on an on-going basis.
Review industry best practice and legislative updates to inform Firm benefits policy and design.
Work with procurement and legal teams to complete contract renewals and associated negotiations.
Support the onboarding process for new vendors, working closely with HRIT and risk management.
Manage vendors completion of relevant technology security due diligence reviews.
Work closely with consultant partners and lead RFP processes.
Responsible for project management and delivery of all relevant benefit projects.
Review and propose enhancements, streamlining and efficiency to all EMEA benefit processes.
Prepare written presentations and communications and present verbally to audiences of all sizes and levels.
Provide strategic support HR Business Partners and clients with complex benefits queries.
Day to day operational management (including responding to complex employee queries)
Manage the delivery of Benefits Annual Enrolment both regionally and locally as well as any other enrolment windows throughout the course of the year.
Support broader team with ad hoc projects and tasks.
What you'll bring to the role:
At least 7+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
Excellent communication skills with established business written and verbal skills.
Ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation, including senior management, key business sponsors and with external service providers.
High-level organizational skills with a structured work style, methodical thinker, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative and display problem solving capability with a can-do attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task priorities.
Execution driven mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities to ensure milestones are met.
Appropriate assertiveness with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
