**About the Role:**
Are you a strategic, people-first leader ready to take on a high-visibility, global role? We’re looking for an Alliance Director to lead CBRE’s partnership with the client, one of the world’s most trusted names in consumer health.
This role is responsible for overseeing integrated account operations across real estate, facilities, project management, EHS, and compliance functions globally delivering transformative results that align with the client's business goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**_Client Partnership & Strategic Leadership_**
+ Serve as the single point of accountability for all contract deliverables and client satisfaction.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to the client’s leadership—driving strategy, performance, and innovation across the global portfolio.
+ Partner with CBRE service lines to deliver scalable, creative solutions to complex challenges.
**_Americas Regional Operations Management_**
+ Oversee integrated delivery of Facilities, Project, and Transaction Management services.
+ Drive performance through SOP development, continuous improvement, and alignment with local market needs.
+ Lead global governance, KPI reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
**_EHS, Quality & Compliance_**
+ Champion a culture of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) excellence across all sites.
+ Ensure consistent execution of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and GxP (Good Practice) requirements across all applicable geographies.
+ Stay ahead of regulatory changes and proactively adapt operational practices to maintain compliance.
**_Financial Leadership_**
+ Own the account P&L; develop, review, and deliver accurate operating and capital budgets.
+ Identify cost savings opportunities, margin enhancement strategies, and financial risk mitigation.
+ Deliver consistent and high-quality reporting aligned with client and CBRE expectations.
+ Team Leadership & Talent Development
+ Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team across multiple geographies and service lines.
+ Support recruitment, retention, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
+ Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (CFM, FMA, PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
+ Experience managing global client accounts within regulated environments (e.g., life sciences, Pharma).
+ Familiarity with GxP, ISO, FDA/EMA regulations, and EHS protocols.
+ Strong stakeholder management, financial, and analytical skills.
+ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
