JSG is hiring an EMC Application Engineer in South Bay, CA. This is an onsite role!
Relocation Available
Salary range: $150,000-$220,000 DOE
Job Duties: Must be a US Citizen Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in EMC testing, specifically with CISPR, IEC, RTCA-DO-160, and Mil-Std 461 standards. Provide comprehensive pre-and post-sales technical support for our products and services, ensuring customer success. Contribute significantly to the development of new products and services, from concept to launch. Create essential technical and marketing collateral, including application notes, data sheets, and engaging marketing materials. Represent our company at key industry events, such as CISPR and IEEE Meetings, actively contributing to industry standards. Assist in crafting compelling proposals for US government agencies and prime contractors. Collaborate on the creation of impactful advertising, website graphics, and trade show visuals. Engage in and represent the company at prominent trade show exhibits, including the IEEE EMC Symposia and related events. 5+ years of robust experience in EMC testing and RF measurements. In-depth knowledge of industry standards, including CISPR, Mil-Std, IEC, and RTCA DO-160. Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a knack for clear and persuasive expression. Proven presentation skills, comfortable engaging diverse audiences. A proactive approach to problem-solving, adept at identifying issues, gathering information, and formulating effective solutions. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and execute realistic action plans #D800
