Job Title: Embedded Software EngineerJob Description We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and testing embedded systems. You will work on software development for embedded hardware, ensuring high performance, reliability, and real-time functionality. Responsibilities + Design, develop, and implement embedded software solutions for a variety of applications. + Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize software performance and ensure seamless integration with embedded systems. + Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C/C++ or other relevant languages. + Develop and execute unit tests, debugging, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues. + Participate in design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. + Analyze system requirements and contribute to project planning and timelines. + Stay current with industry trends and new technologies in embedded systems development. Essential Skills + 5+ years of experience in embedded software development. + Proficient in C/C++ programming languages. + Solid understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS). + Experience with hardware interfaces like UART, SPI, I2C, GPIO, etc. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with embedded Linux or other advanced RTOS platforms. + Knowledge of hardware design and experience working closely with hardware teams. + Experience in low-level programming and debugging tools. + Bachelor's degree in software or hardware engineering. + Experience working on 32-bit ARM processors. + USB, Bluetooth, and WiFi connectivity experience. + Customer-facing experience and strong interpersonal skills.
