Job Description
Design and develop chips using Embedded C and C++ for LED signs used by the Colorado Department of Transportation and gas stations nationwide. You will be responsible for writing comprehensive code, starting from project concept analysis through design review, development, peer review, testing, and release. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and debug existing products and engage in new development in an embedded environment, requiring programming and troubleshooting at the Integrated Circuit (IC) level.
ResponsibilitiesDesign chips using Embedded C and C++ for LED signs.Write complete code following project concept analysis, design review, development, peer review, testing, and release processes.Troubleshoot and debug existing products.Perform new development tasks in an embedded environment.Work with programming and troubleshooting at the IC level.Essential SkillsProficiency in C, C++, and Python in an embedded environment.Experience with ARM Cortex microcontroller and SOC architectures.Proficiency with test equipment such as logic analyzers and oscilloscopes.Additional Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in embedded software engineering.Experience with Embedded Linux and embedded systems.Familiarity with chip design and integrated circuits.Work Environment
The position is fully on-site at a well-established OEM facility, consisting of 8 different buildings. The software team collaborates in the same building, conveniently located near the manufacturing floor
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
