Overview

We are looking for an experience Email System Administrator II who will be the subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 and on-premises email systems. This position will support O365 and on-premises email environments and often assist in troubleshooting and email investigations.

Responsibilities Completes Email and file-based investigation requests in O365 for our legal team as requiredAssist Enterprise Collaboration team with operational work, tickets, requests, projectsTroubleshoots and resolves user problems with and related to Microsoft 365 systems (Email, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)Understands DNS, mail routing, and Proofpoint spam filteringCollaborates with security and infrastructure teamsRegularly reviews processes and identifying areas for improvementOther duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferredAt least 3-5 years of experience managing O365/M365 apps and services.Experience with the O365 app stack including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, etc.Strong organizational skills and attention to detailKnowledge of PowerShell scriptingExperience in Mergers and Acquisitions preferredTechnical Certifications desiredEffectively communicates technical concepts to non-technical staff and business concepts/requirements to technical staffAbility to learn new toolsets and adapt with the businessAbility to travel up to 15% About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based pharmacy and provider health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
