The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and deploying effective email marketing campaigns to support key initiatives. The person in this role will manage all aspects of email marketing campaign execution, including segmentation, A/B testing, QA, copywriting, editing, scheduling, and continually evaluating these for improvements.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Operations, is part of the Digital Marketing team and will be fully remote, based in India.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Responsible for email marketing strategy development and execution, including building emails and campaign automation, copywriting, coordination, segmentation, scheduling, and analyzing campaign performance to drive customer engagement and conversion.Leverage customer data to drive personalization and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to conversion rates and campaign ROI.Conduct QA for emails, landing pages, forms, campaign canvas, and automated processes.Manage global email marketing calendar and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regional priorities, while mitigating email frequency to maintain high customer engagement.Support strategic objectives via deployment of manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle including nurturing, retention, win-back, post-purchase, and loyalty.

The essential requirements of the job include

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital marketing, or related field required.5+ years proven experience and demonstrated results with email marketing.Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools (ex. Eloqua), Customer Relationship Management software (ex. Microsoft Dynamics), and email performance optimization tools.Strong copywriting/editing skills, and basic email CSS and HTML coding experience.In-depth knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, lead generation, and engagement.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally.Strong independent project management, time management, and organizational skills.Must have superior communication skills, and ability to collaborate well with others
