**Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ELV Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an ELV Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining extra low voltage systems in various facilities throughout the city.
+ Conduct thorough inspections of ELV systems, including fire alarm, security, CCTV, and access control systems
+ Perform regular testing and maintenance of ELV equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with local regulations
+ Interpret technical drawings and schematics to identify potential issues and propose solutions
+ Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation of all findings and recommendations
+ Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to resolve ELV-related issues efficiently
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest ELV technologies, industry standards, and local regulations
+ Ensure compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards and local building codes
+ Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and clients as needed
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
+ Minimum 15 years of experience in ELV systems inspection or a related field
+ In-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including fire alarm, security, CCTV, and access control
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
+ Strong familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, particularly those applicable in Saudi Arabia
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
+ Proficiency in using various testing equipment and tools related to ELV systems
+ Relevant ELV certifications (e.g., BICSI, CFOT) are preferred
+ Understanding of Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards and local building codes
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
+ Willingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and travel to various project sites as needed
+ Ability to communicate in Arabic is preferred
