Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales & Marketing of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing opportunities from marketing and social media campaign.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid, Onsite #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Service Business based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. •\tEstablishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promotes their understanding of ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligns with them to provide a solution. •\tCreating added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals, by using effective sales techniques. •\tEnsuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers. •\tCommunicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy. •\tManaging administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
Qualifications for the role\tDegree in Marketing, Multimedia, International Business, Communication or related. Candidates with Degree in Engineering or other field may also apply but shall possess some experience or knowledge in marketing, sales or business development.\tFresh graduate from the required discipline or maximum 1,5 years of working experience in relevant fields are eligible.\tHaving knowledge on Sustainability, analytics of marketing data, social media campaigns and will be an advantage for this role.\tTeamplayer who can interact with various other functions and stakeholders. \tOutgoing, passionate and energetic, experience in presenting/public speaking will be advantage.\tAble to converse in English fluently.
