The Global Central Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is seeking for a ELM Program Manager for expanding Base Building Throughput Qualification in the International business units!

The Base Building ELM Program Manager supports the construction phases, building equipment installation, working with data to find root causes and generate improvements on further launches and retrofits across Europe. Join us to provide customers with an incredible package delivery experience aiming to deliver reliable and maintainable facilities from Day1.
Key job responsibilities
Manage new and existing Throughput Qualification program, successfully delivering projects and goals across multiple sites to measure building readiness.
Work directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft and deliver scalable solutions during the building testing.
Management of existing Throughputs Qualification program including Fire and Life Safety, Heating, Ventilation, air conditioning, and building management system on existing electrical systems.
ELM Program Manager will focus on electrical system, include overseeing the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the pre-launch electrical testing program. Manage the coordination and execution of planned electrical shutdowns to facilitate necessary testing and maintenance activities
Own program communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., path to green), escalating as appropriate
Influence design and development of strategic processes.
Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across all projects and using this data to drive/influence business decisions.
Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customers.
Manage post-launch support plans (e.g., post-mortem, issue/ticket management, etc.) and look for opportunities to improve program quality and operational excellence.
