The Clubhouse is perched above the resort with sweeping Ocean views, and it is being designed as THE place to host spectacular weddings and events for up to 250 people. It will feature and event lawn for ceremonies, an indoor/outdoor ballroom, living room space for entertaining, and a bridal suite.

The role of the Elite Services Manager.
The Elite Services Manager holds the responsibility of ensuring a seamless Elite guest journey from pre-arrival to post departure, collaborating with all departments within the hotel to deliver tailored and unique experiences. The Elite Services Manager will oversee Elite Contact and will supervise the work that Concierge, Hosts and Guest Relations do to guarantee anticipatory service, accuracy and smooth execution of all requests prior and throughout their stay.
This position forms part of the Guest Relations Department and works side by side with our Front Office Team to deliver an exceptional arrival/departure experience.
The Elite Services Manager is well versed to respond to a wide variety of Elite guest requests and accurately assessing the guests' needs, focuses on delivering personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfactions while complying with all Four Seasons Policies.
Knowledge and Skills
At least 2~3 years of relevant work experience in Luxury Hotel. 1+ years of previous Rooms Division supervisory or management experience required.Self-driven and strategic resourcing professional. Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment. Good team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Spanish and English languageRequires ability to operate computer equipment and office equipment. Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening shifts.Attention to detail. Able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously and efficiently.Master Your Craft:
Dedicated point of contact for all our Elite Guests.Responsible for “Elite Email Inbox” and the trip planning communication with Elite guests (occasionally in collaboration with Corporate Office and/or TA´s).Elite Contact will ensure that Elite Guests are provided with a personalized and unique itineraryElite Contact will introduce Elite guests to their Host one day prior to their arrival to ensure a seamless transition. Will be present during arrival along with GM/RM and Host to meet & greet Elite Guest.Will oversee Elite Guest´s stay and experience through the Host, ensuring that service provided is at the highest level of care and personalization.Will work with Host in curating moments of “surprise & delight” in collaboration with other departments.Will spot check Housekeeping and F&B Services and do a touch base with Elite Guests mid stay along with GM/RM.Will immediately follow up with any glitches and ensure proper resolution is being done in collaboration with management.Will review with Host that “Farewell Gift” along with departure transportation is all set accurately.Will be ready to meet & greet Elite Guest upon departure along with Host and GM/RM.Will send a “post departure” personalizing email with highlights of their stay and sharing any upcoming holidays, etc. inviting guests to come back with us soon.Will ensure that Golden profiles for Elite guests are up to date with essentials, preferences, etc.Will work side by side with Guest Relations Manager and FO Managers in preparation for Ops.
