The Elite/Lead Field Service Technician is responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. This role involves working with advanced and complex systems, including mechanical, electrical, and diesel-powered equipment. The technician will have direct interaction with customers and may be responsible for supporting multiple systems, locations, or client accounts.
