Elementary School Psychologist
Salary: $2560 / Week Position: School Psychologist Location: Fairhaven Start Date: August 27, 2025 Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 3:00 PM Pay Rate: Up to $80/hour Job Overview: The School Psychologist plays a vital role in supportingstudents through a range of mental health and developmental challenges. Thisposition involves providing on-site psychological services to students inaccordance with state and district guidelines. Key Responsibilities: + Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students + Conduct evaluations (initial assessments and 3-year reviews) + Participate in and contribute to IEP and 504 meetings + Provide short-term counseling and behavioral support + Collaborate with school staff to develop student strategies and plans + Track data, document progress, and maintain accurate records + Support crisis response and classroom interventions + Assist in developing and monitoring behavior plans + Communicate with families and external providers as needed + Stay current with district tools and special education regulations If you’re interested or have any questions, feel free toreach out: Christy Mario Educational & Healthcare Recruiter Amergis Educational Staffing Email chmario@amergis.com Phone 781-400-7124 The School Psychologist works to support students through a variety of mental health and developmental issues and aids in qualifying students for additional support services. The School Psychologist is responsible for providing on-site psychological services to students under the jurisdiction of the state and district.
