Electronics Test Engineering Manager

Based in our Boulder, Colorado location, lead a small team of electrical engineers in developing and deploying test systems worldwide. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Develop functional test systems for electronic transmitters + Supervise a small team of electrical engineers + Work with electronic suppliers to deploy testers (some travel required) + Troubleshoot electronics + Design circuits and build schematics for test systems + Receive project assignment and acquire a complete understanding of the nature and scope of the project + Assist in determining the technical design criteria for the project + Research and compile appropriate background information for the project, including past designs, materials, specifications, and governing code requirements + Prepare schematic designs for the project based on rough sketches and notes provided by others + Coordinate with other disciplines involved in the project as necessary + Attend progress briefings and coordination checks to discuss the engineering effort and project status + Document all design criteria, calculations performed, and decisions made **Who You Are:** You balance planning with actions. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is **$107,400 - $150,000** annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
